"Never trade what you want most, for what you want now"

This week was absolutely great, I made my first two post early, read all weekend, and finished my finally posts today.

I know last week was c-r-a-z-y, but the main ingredient to my craziness is procrastination.

I went on a road trip this weekend...I read along the way. I drove 975 miles this weekend listening to comedy "LaughUSA", I was laughing so hard I could hardly see where I was driving. Don't worry I made it safely back home, but it's true what they say laughter is truly the best remedy.

No matter where you are, rent some funny movies, or read up on some new jokes. It totally brightens your prospective on life, worries, and on the obstacles that we face.

The one thing that was apparent; "The only way to coast is downhill"(Zig Ziglar), so keep the metal to the petal, and see you at the top. ;-)

"Success is not a destination, its a journey"

Hello everyone, Man oh man this week has been c-r-a-z-y!!!

C = confusing, I am definately due for a new schedule and for a new study location. Espacially now that schools out.

R = ridiculous, I can't believe I let myself fall behind. I go wrapped up with graduation's, promotions, end-of school year events. I never had a chance before to truly enjoy these things before. But I realized this made me procrastinate on getting my outlines done, and my essays started.

A = action, I know what it is I have to do, now I just need to sit down and do it! I keep thinking of all these other elements that don't contribute to the mater at hand. I need to clear my mind, and start with #1 on my to-do list.

Z = Zzzz, Be aware of your sleep time. Meaning, get good sleep especially after a long night or day of reading or researching, and pounding the keyboard for those essays. It's important to take a long shower or at least a hot one, and get some sound sleep.

Y = You. Nothings more important right now then you are to yourself, and your goals. I have to stay focused. I have been so emotional lately, everyone around me is maturing and growing and I am so proud of every ones achievements. Also, my first and only nephew just turned 18yrs old, he's driving on his own (he took me to lunch), just graduated high school (Presidents Award), and on the 22nd he leaves for the Air Force. I couldn't be prouder, and I admire his confidence, and bravery. He has raised himself to become a wonderful young man.

These passions are in all of us, and this past week reminded me of that. Good luck to all of you!

"You find yourself in a ditch, don't pitch a tent"

Hello everyone,

I wanted to reach out and pitch a few ideas. Make sure to follow your own blog too. That way you'll know who posts to your page.

The best way I've found is to POST A COMMENT on the classmates you've selected to follow! ... and at the end of the comment you have posted there's a little side note that asks you to subscribe by email.

Subscribing by email is cool because you'll receive blog entries or comments through out the day. When you least except it, a fellow classmate will post a comment, and it will trigger you to get into action.

Always stay connected to your main objectives; completing your assignments, and studying for your exams.

Take care *Good Luck *

"To Respond is positive, to react is negitive"

There is nothing better then to re evaluate where you are once in a while.

When things get busy or backed up. Stop. Re think what you need to do, not nesscessarily what you want to do. There's a big difference, and make your step by step planner.

Plan out your time wisely, so that you time is spent NOT wasted.

I did enjoy my barbeque patio this past weekend, but not for a pary. I sent eveyone down to the pool, and I cleared the patio deck, and table for me and my books. I took notes, read, and prepared all my references that I wanted to start reading to gather information for my essays.

Also, with regards to the blog topic this unit. It would not bother me if I was quoted or if my works were used in someone elses paper and I was not cited, however, it would bother me if I was not cited in a book, and profits were made.

I don't mind the "free", in freedom of speech. (for the good of mankind) I just don't like others passing off ideas as their own for their own selfish needs. Give credit were crredit is due. ;-)
