Hello everyone,
Here we go again! It's so exciting, and after enjoying a break I have to be honest. I am very happy to be starting up again this week.
Work diligently, and productively. Clear thoughts, and positive surroundings will push you right along.
Stay focused, breath, relax, and keep yourself accountable. Every second counts.
*** Keep your eye on the clock, time can get away from you ***
Good luck everyone.

.."Come on it's time to celebrate...COME ON!"...
Yes! We made it. We all should treat ourselves to a litte celebration, or reward.
Tips for the next essay:
Remember for you first or next scientific paper, make sure the topic you choose is FUN for you, and that you find search articles that support your ideas.
Because nothings harder then choosing a topic and not being able to have fun support articles or facts about it as you go.
Learning how to write a scientific paper has strengthened my abilities to prefect my grammar, shorten run on sentences, and improvements on an even flow.
I still need to improve on my research efforts and APA format on for my reference page. I still need to practice on how to reference articles with volumes and pages.
Overall, I loved the experience and I recommend everyone to take to advantage of all the tips, and tools given by Kaplan University’s professors, writing staff, and peers meet through out the courses.
Pat yourselves on the back everyone...no matter how times you got frustrated, or got behind, or how many times we raised our voices because we didn't buckle down on our studies...I have to say; at least we made it to the finish line.
I hope we all receive wonderful grades, and if the grade we get don't turn out to be what we wanted...do not give up.
"Obstacles are the things we see when we take our eyes off the goal"Zig Ziglar.
Do not get discouraged, just know that its not what happens to you that determines how far you go in life; its how you HANDLE what happens to you. Keep your chin up, and keep fighting for your dreams.
K.I.T. everyone, if you keep your blog...I will continue to comment. Good Luck everyone!

Core values and the secrets to success
Hello Diane, Crysta, Melissa, James, Beverly, Danyelle, Lauri, Ashley, Lillie, Daniel, Edward (of course), and Cheryl, Janie,Kristen, ...and everyone else whom I didn't list,
I just wanted to say it has be so fun meeting you all and having the opportunity to learn from all of your experiences that you have gone through. Thank you for sharing, and helping me to grow.
Life is full of adjustments, and we can always learn something new everyday.
Keep on doing the right thing.
Create environments that foster a rewarding life,
always comment yourselves to a relentless quest for excellence,
and thrive on your achievements.
As I always say "Life is not to survive, but to THRIVE". Have fun, stay focused, be positive, and when things get tough don't look that the disappointments, but close your eyes and think about the way you will feel when you are where you want to be, and have all that you need. It's a great feeling, and those feelings will push you there quicker.
Good Luck everyone, keep in touch! Rosa ;-)

TIME FOR A BRAIN WASH
Hello everyone, I just wanted to share...there comes a time when we all need some brain washing. Meaning, we all need a daily check up from the neck up.
"We all need a daily check up from the neck up to avoid stinkin' thinkin' which ultimately leads to hardening of the attitudes" Zig Ziglar.
I hope everyone is doing OK, I'm truckin' right along, and still working hard on revising and writing my essay for two classes.
I've experienced several different situations in the past few days, maybe some of you have to? My sister's daughter was ditching summer school, your other daughter has an older boyfriend, and her step-daughter is engaging in sex under her mother roof (at her mother's house).
The main problem was simply communication, and being involved with each other. A parent really needs to talk 'open forum' style, don't hold bars. Really get in there and have the knee-to-knee talks.
Don't judge, and don't get upset with each other. Just share.
So her daughter finally mentioned how she'd rather take the course next Fall, since summer school was her choice & not required. Her other daughter realized she was too young to have a BF, and well, her step daughter is in bog trouble, but at least now her mom know not to her trust her in her room with a boy. oopies. Moms need to be a MOM not just Friend's.
Good luck, teenagers are challenging.
